Richard Macias inquired about what would be needed for a Temp Cof O. I stated that Final Revised Grading Plan would need to be submitted for final inspections and that safety-related improvements such as traffic improvements would need to be completed prior to CofO for public use. I referred him to Jim Femling for further info. |
