All broken glass shall be cleaned up and remedied immediately or civil complaint shall be filed with City of Tucson Prosecutors Office.

This letter is to inform you that abatement of these Tucson Fire Code violations must be completed by 11-27-07.
A re-inspection shall be conducted at that time to ensure compliance.
10/25/2007 INSP - REINSPECTION Violation On 10-4-07, a fire prevention inspection was conducted at 4141 East 29th Street in Tucson, Arizona.

On 10-25-07, a re-inspection was conducted and the following

International Fire Code 2003 Violation(s) was noted:

1). Currently an excessive amount of weeds have over grown the area inside complex. IFC 304.1.1

Please cut all weeds and remove from property.

2). Currently swimming pool has not been cared for, and has algae, water is green in color, and has a smell of waste.
This is a nuisance and the above shall be remedied.

This letter is to inform you that abatement of these Tucson Fire Code violations must be completed by 11-13-07.
A re-inspection shall be conducted at that time to ensure compliance.

Failure to comply with these Tucson Fire Code requirements could result in civil litigation under; City of Tucson Ordinance 9609.
