This and the entire apartment complex shall be referred to City of Tucson Plumbing inspector for inspection. 4). All buildings shall be secured. IFC 311.2 Currently Apt 36 is not secured All buildings must be secured in the future or civil citation shall be filed City of Tucson Prosecutors Office. 5). Fire lane sign shall be secured in upright position. Currently it is knocked over. IFC App D (modified) 6). Currently there is broken glass in rear of apt 29. All broken glass shall be cleaned up and remedied immediately or civil complaint shall be filed with City of Tucson Prosecutors Office. This letter is to inform you that abatement of these Tucson Fire Code violations must be completed by 11-27-07. A re-inspection shall be conducted at that time to ensure compliance. |
