IFC 1008.1.8.3 Key bolt locking chylinder is permitted where a durable sign is conspicuously posted above the exit, in 1 inch letters, reading: " This door to remain unlocked when the building is occupied." You will place a sign above the rear kitchen exit or replace with a thumb bolt latch or panic hardware door. |
