in Tucson, Arizona.

On 4-10-07, a reinspection was conducted at 1420 N Vine, and the following was still not completed.

The following Tucson Fire Code Violation(s) were still noted:

1). Full fire sprinkler and inspection report shall be submitted to TFD with all repairs shall be completed. IFC 901.6

On 4-10-07, no report was furnished.

2). Fire alarm shall be tested with all repairs completed IFC 9-01.6

On 4-10-07, repairs were not completed and fire alarm was still out of service.

3). Currently the kitchen hood automatic fire extinguishing system has been placed out of service and there is evidence of cooking being conducted. This hood kitchen hood automatic fire extinguishing system is required to operational.


On 4-14-07, a discussion was held with Mr. Williams, and it was understood that this job had been accepted by contractor and work was soon to begin.
This must be completed by 4-24-07, noon, or gas to appliance shall be turned off.



4). Currently no exhaust/ventilation and make up air system is provided. This shall be referred to City of Tucson Mechanical Inspector. IFC 904.11.6
5). Repair door in air exchange room. IFC 703.1
Currently door is not repaired

6) All rooms shall be inspected for smoke detectors on Noon on 4-24-07. IFC 907.3
7). Clean hood vent system above stove. Currently grease is dripping from vent.

This letter is to inform you that abatement of these Tucson Fire Code violations must be completed by 4-25-07 at noon hour .
A re-inspection shall be conducted at that time to ensure compliance.

Failure to comply with all of the above may result in referral to The City of Tucson Prosecutors office for possible litigation.
