Complaintant had other issues, such as a porch being built w/out permits, and a wooden fence on eastside of property that could potentially be a fire hazard, and criminal activity by tenants. Advised that he would have to call DNR and TPD, respectively. As a courtesy, EN09 and EC23 "A" were notified of "access issues", and will pre-plan complex. | |
