01/08/2007 INSP - FULL BCORRALE Approved Contacted Mr. Barges (neighbor) via phone to meet at address. Complaintant very rude over the phone. Inspected property behind 5731 E. 26th St. No violations found regarding access to electrical panels/gas meters. Complaintant had other issues, such as a porch being built w/out permits, and a wooden fence on eastside of property that could potentially be a fire hazard, and criminal activity by tenants. Advised that he would have to call DNR and TPD, respectively. As a courtesy, EN09 and EC23 "A" were notified of "access issues", and will pre-plan complex.
