Inspection revealed a hand lettered cardboard sign approximately 8"x10" in the lower left corner of a front window of the residence. There was no sales activity apparent, no people and no vehicles at the residence. I made contact with the occupant and she stated that she had a license to sell candy and has been doing so for approximately 4 years. I made an appointment to meet with her at 16:00 hours today, 12-05-07. Results forthcoming. |
