| 08/15/2007 | INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE | Violation | FOUND FRONT UNIT GETTING POWER FROM the rear (#2) via the cooler box receptacle. I went to #2 to ask about situation and found that the gate was nailed shut. Finally the tenants came from the side gate. The person at #1 has repeatedly plugged in at #2 since the owner pays for the power. People at #2 cannot stop him. I posted the unit condemned, stating that it's illegal to occupy the residence w/out power from its' own meter and that I am denying entry from 6:00 PM till 7:00 AM (for 3 days). After the 3 days, entry will be ok only to work in house. Also noted faulty electrical wiring, weeds, trash & debris and illegal storage. |

NO SIGNS OF UNIT #2 FURNISHING POWER TO #1 ANYMORE. CALLED TEP TO VERIFY, POWER STILL OFF. POWER REMAINS OFF AND NO EXTENSION CORDS VISIBLE. APPEARS THAT NO ONE LIVES IN UNIT. WILL DO ONE MORE FW/UP ON 8-17-07. |
