06/13/2007	INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT		Violation	I responded to a ward 4 council complaint yesterday at 1811 N Camino Pio Decimo. An RV was parked on the Church property, no sewage spilling out. The property at 1811 N Camino Pio Decimo is vacant it looks like tenants are moving out.There is a stain on the street covered up with a lite coat of dirt, no one is on site I left my card on the RV, I did call streets dept to request a sweeper to remove the debris, I also emailed street supervisor Richard Garza to request service.
