An RV was parked on the Church property, no sewage spilling out. The property at 1811 N Camino Pio Decimo is vacant it looks like tenants are moving out.There is a stain on the street covered up with a lite coat of dirt, no one is on site I left my card on the RV, I did call streets dept to request a sweeper to remove the debris, I also emailed street supervisor Richard Garza to request service.

The dirt that was over the debris has been remove to expose a light film of an oil stain on the street. Street dept ( sweeper ) work order TS 33892 is in close status. I will close my case.
