Entered the unit and found that the cooling was adequate. The tenants told me that the pump was not working and that the cooler was shutting off by itself. I went up to the roof and found that the pump was replaced, but also one piece of tubing on the water distribution system was broken. I also found that the cooler switch was miswired. A notice of violation was written for the above, plus other items.
