06/13/2007 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT JORTA Approved MADE INSPECTION CONCERNING INADEQUATE cooling after the tenant made repeated calls to the maintanance personnel. Entered the unit and found that the cooling was adequate. The tenants told me that the pump was not working and that the cooler was shutting off by itself. I went up to the roof and found that the pump was replaced, but also one piece of tubing on the water distribution system was broken. I also found that the cooler switch was miswired. A notice of violation was written for the above, plus other items. See SIRE for docs. & photos.
