05/08/2007 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT Correction Required Car into building. An automobile was innvolved in a collision at the intersection of Ft. Lowell and Campbell and it ultimately struck the esat side of Nico's Taco Shop, located at the N/W corner of that intersection. The east wall was not a load bearing wall. The damage consisted of the exterior brick facade being penetrated as well as approximatetly 5 wall studs being broken and or knocked off the sole plate. The interior wall-board was broken as well. The overall damage area in the wall was about 4' x 6'. No pulmbing, mechanical or electric were involved. Owner was present and I explained to him that he would need a permit to conduct repairs. He understood.
