The damage consisted of the exterior brick facade being penetrated as well as approximatetly 5 wall studs being broken and or knocked off the sole plate. The interior wall-board was broken as well. The overall damage area in the wall was about 4' x 6'. No pulmbing, mechanical or electric were involved. Owner was present and I explained to him that he would need a permit to conduct repairs. He understood. Photos in SIRE. Follow up 30 days. |
