City of Tucson Fire Department has not performed any inspections on this project. The Arizona Office of State Fire Marshal (ASOFM) reviewed the construction documents, and all fire sprinkler underground and aboveground tests and the fire alarm inspections were performed by the AOSFM. |

State fire Marshall failed the fire sprinkler and fire alarm finals. City of Tucson passes the fire sprinkler underground, fire sprinklers and fire alarm system when State fire Marshall advises us everything passes. |
