(3 trees, 1 shrub) 4) The first parking space off of the Mission Rd entrance has been stripped to address fire concerns. This causes an issue with the required number of spaces dipping below the required 29. Either restore the space or request a DSMR. 5) Provide certification letter from Engineer as well as As-Builts where necessary. |

| 05/12/2010 | GRADING - FINAL | Partial Approval | THE SITE WAS CHECKED AND HAS BEEN FOUND NOT TO BE COMPLETE AT THIS TIME FOR THE FOLLOWING AREAS: 1) ONE OF THE PARKING SPACES HAS BEEN PAINTED WITH YELLOW STRIPING TO PREVENT NORMAL USE FROM THE GENERAL PUBLIC. THIS SPACE WAS PAINTED AT THE REQUEST OF FIRE DEPARTMENT PERSONNEL DUE TO ITS LOCATION IN FRONT OF A FIRE HYDRANT. I WILL VERIFY WITH ZONING THAT THIS IS ACCEPTABLE SINCE THERE ARE NO EXTRA PARKING SPACES FOR THIS SITE. 2) ON THE NORTHSIDE OF THE WESTSIDE ENTRANCE INTO THE SITE IT HAS BEEN QUESTIONED ON WHAT TYPE OF MATERIAL IS ALLOWED ADJACENT TO THE SIDEWALK IN AN SCZ AREA. 3) A CERTIFICATION LETTER FOR THE GENERAL SITE IS STILL REQUIRED PEIOR TO FINALING OUT THIS PERMIT. CURRENTLY THE ENGINEER OF RECORD HAS PROVIDED A CERT. LETTER FOR THE WORK DONE WITHIN THE SCZ AREA ONLY. THIS LETTER WILL NEED TO BE SEEN AND APPROVED BY THE ZONING DEPARTMENT TO ENSURE THAT IT IS ACCEPTABLE AND THAT THE DESCRIBED WORK IS ALSO ACCEPTABLE. |

| 04/27/2010 | GRADING - FINAL | Correction Required | Preliminary Punch List Contractor needs to complete all site work per approved plan. 1) Basin slope at the N/W corner of site needs to be addressed. Per note #13 on approved plans, all slopes 3:1 or greater shall provide slope protection in accordance with the geotechnical report. Basin will need to be certified by an engineer and a certified engineering letter provided to Engineering prior to final approval of the project. 2) Sidewalk revisions need to be submitted and approved by a city engineer prior to final approval. This will include the issue of the location of the sidewalk and the need for hand-railing or other protective barrier. This is a life-safety issue that needs to be resolved prior to final approval from engineering. 3) Step-off from freight loading zone area to basin area 1:1 slope, directly to the east of it needs to be addressed. This is a life-safety issue that needs to be resolved prior to final approval from engineering. 4) Per note #2 Bike racks need to be installed 5) All landscaping needs to be completed per plan. 6) Per note #19- Doors for trash enclosure and pilot holes for doors in open position need to be installed. 7) Buffer zone off of Mission road was disturbed by construction and needs to be restored to the original condition. 8) All areas disturbed by construction need to be stabilized. 9) Provide certification letter from Engineer as well as As-Builts where necessary. |
