1) Certified letter addressing the stabilization of the disturbed area of the scenic corridor buffer needs to be submitted for landscape review
2) Hydro-seed needs to be extended through the right of way area, no DG.
3) Transplant vegetation on the southern most perimeter of property needs to be replaced with healthy specimens of same type and size. (3 trees, 1 shrub)
4) The first parking space off of the Mission Rd entrance has been stripped to address fire concerns. This causes an issue with the required number of spaces dipping below the required 29. Either restore the space or request a DSMR.
5) Provide certification letter from Engineer as well as As-Builts where necessary.
