09/16/2009 GRADING - INTERMEDIATE Partial Approval Met with Parks dept., contractor, Eng., and Arch. for project to discuss grading of the Park adjacent to Fire central. Landscape plans and Eng. plans were different in regards to grading around the gazibo and some water harvest areas. Direction was given to install rip rap and grouted rip rap in some areas, also to install rock filled drains around some CB's and to raise one Cb to reduce slope angle. Eng to revise plan to reflect changes to match what will be installed. Eng. to check with Loren M. to determine is changes can be shown on an as-built.
08/18/2009 GRADING - INTERMEDIATE Continued Spoke to Carl today he said he may be ready for a temp Cof O by friday, I told him that the site must be safe and went over what that means. they have alot of work to finish before that will happen. Gave Jim V a heads up.
