11/03/2008 STORMWATER FOLLOW-UP INSP Correction Required Karl called and said he had completed items on my 10/29 correction notice, I re-inspected site and all items complete except sign for washout area, Karl will post today and washout from masons on block wall. Karl will keep on contrctor to clean up daily.
10/29/2008 STORMWATER FOLLOW-UP INSP Correction Required Contarctor needs to;
1) Perform normal maintenance to waddel on west property line. Sediment built up and staking missing.
2) Dirt Stockpile encrouching on box culvert south PL.
3) Place waddel around dirt stockpile at NE entrance.
4) Deposit conc. waste in washout or dumpster.
5) Establish conc. washout area and sign.
08/12/2008 STORMWATER FOLLOW-UP INSP Partial Approval Site in good cond. normal maintnenace of waddel needed to insure silt does not leave site.
06/27/2008 STORMWATER FOLLOW-UP INSP Correction Required Sub-contractor overflowed wash out pit (wash out running to the west property line). Then tractor backed into wash out pit and dragged concrete out of pit onto building site (not controled). Contractor must build pit large enough to handle daily operations. Spoke to Karl in regards to issue.
06/20/2008 STORMWATER FOLLOW-UP INSP Partial Approval Items listed in correction notice for 6/11 have been installed.
06/11/2008 STORMWATER FOLLOW-UP INSP Correction Required Visit site with Mike S today to look at perimeter controls and set backs. I issued a correction notice for two items.
Fiber rolls need to be staked every 4ft.
Install erosion control along SW property line.
We talked about the dirt still along the property line and Mike said he would let Sundt know to remove.
06/03/2008 STORMWATER FOLLOW-UP INSP Correction Required Still need to address inlet controls. Issued 2nd. correction notice. Jim F. delivered on 6/4/08
05/27/2008 STORMWATER FOLLOW-UP INSP Correction Required Contractor needs to:
1- Replace all sand bags broken open.
2- Controls need to be staked down.
3- Contractor needs to address 2' set back, west side of property.
Issued correction notice. Spoke to Karl in regards to.
03/06/2008 STORMWATER FOLLOW-UP INSP Partial Approval No controls on west side of project. Only 6" wattle crossing existing box. Contractor needs to address this.
Some sand bags not tied or have holes. Need to replace as-needed. If contractor is going to continue to use west entrance will need to address track out as-needed. With sweeping more often or installing construction entrance.
