12/04/2008 GRADING - FINAL Correction Required Contractor called for a temp C of O. I explained to contractor he would need to call the inspection in through the IVR system.
11/26/2008 GRADING - FINAL Denied PRELIM PUNCH LIST. CONTRACTOR NEEDS TO ADDRESS ITEMS AND CALL IN FOR RE-INSPECTION.
1- Complete all grading activity.
2- Provide site cert from engineer, per C.O.T. D.M. chapter XIV, section 14.2(7).
3- Pin down all wheel stops.
4- Provide wheel stops for north building parking.
5- Stabilize all areas distrubed by construction.
6- Complete all sidewalk work.
7- Complete retention/detention basin.
8- Complete all drainage and drainage structures.
9- Install all bollers for trash enclosures.
10- Clean all wash out on site.
11- Grade basin to drain.
12- Have engineer address all slopes steeper then 3 to 1.
13- Keep all SWPPP controls in working order until all areas stabilized.
14- Engineer needs to provide approved revised drawing showing all changes to drainage.
15- Address all erosion on site.
16- Complete all construction around building.
17- Backfill all open holes.
18- Remove all port-a-pottys from site.

11/24/2008 GRADING - FINAL Correction Required Spoke to Gregg site super, contractor needs to call in inspection so a punch list can be worked up for temp C of O.
06/05/2008 GRADING - FINAL Partial Approval Contractor patched road, Gregg to provide compaction test (2) for cuts.
06/03/2008 GRADING - FINAL Partial Approval Contractor dug across road. Contractor needs to provide me a copy of all compaction test.
