1. Provide site certification from engineer per C.O.T. drainage manual, chapter XVI, section 14.2 (7).
2. Remove trash dumpster and port-a-potty from site.
3. Provide positive flow for all drainage to prevent ponding.
4. Address asphalt ramp in loading zone.
5. Remove all construction debris from site.
6. Install rip rap south side of stage per approved drawing.
7. Address all slopes steeper then 3 to 1.
8. Stabilize all areas disturbed by construction.
9. Install grouted rip rap on northeast corner of basketball court.
10. Grade all slopes on east side of project to 3 to 1 or flatter.
11. Install rap rip at end of all down spout drainage.
12. Grade area on south side of building III to drain, per approved drawings.
13. Grout end of pipe and down spouts between building II and III.
14. Install rip rap back of scupper on Lerdo Rd.
15. Provide drainage west side of building 5, per approved drawings.
16. Have engineer address DG being used. Field observation show the type of DG being used is not providing proper stabilization.
