Magnum Paving started grading with no SWPPP controls installed. I spoke to Magnum Paving super, explained that Magnum Paving is in violation of the City of Tucson SWO, I gave contractor copy of SWO. I explained to super, next time this happens the City will issue a Stop Work Order until SWPPP controls are installed. |
