07/12/2007 GRADING - FINAL Correction Required Issued correction notice. Contractor stock piling material outside of grading limits. Contractor needs to:
1- Stop all work outside grading limits.
2- Obtain stock piling permit or new grading permit for all work outside of grading limits.
3- Provide SWPPP showing all installed controls outside of grading limits.
Contractor has 14 days. If no action takes place will issue a notice of voilation or stop work order. Spoke to site super in re-gards to.
07/11/2007 GRADING - FINAL Correction Required Contractor grading and stock piling outside grading limits. Contractor said there was an approved set of drawing for the work. I check with Jason Green and could find no approved drawings. Will issue a correction notice.
