| 02/20/2008 | GRADING - FINAL | Correction Required | Met at 201 N. Stone with J.R. Tuttle, Dowl Engineer, GD&A Arch. Engineering, Jason Green, Jim F. and Jim V. In regards to lot 111 at Airport Run. Below is the e-mail sent out by M Schooler: Jim, Thank you very much for putting together the meeting to discuss the concerns and issues onsite at 3380 E Elvira Road (and by association, the remaining lots in the design). Below is a concise summary of the quickest path to approval as I understand it. Please feel free to comment/correct as necessary. West property line: 1. BP Airport Run, LLC executes a temporary construction easement on lot 112 to allow for a portion of said lot to be graded approximately to design grade at this time to facilitate construction of Lot 111’s western edge. 2. DOWL Engineers will revise the approved Grading plan with this information (to show easement and extents of grading) and resubmit to Sunrise Engineering for a 3rd Party review (fee NOT to be paid by COT). 3. Sunrise will approve, provided the re-submittal is code-compliant, on the condition that the DSMR (case number undetermined at the time) is approved by COT. The plans can then be shipped back down to COT for final sign-off when the DSMR is approved. South property line: 1. DOWL Engineers will submit the revised the Grading plan to the City’s CDRC department for a DSMR (for relief from standard 11-01.9.3 on the south property line). 2. COT will approve provided the submittal meets the DSMR application criteria. 3. The Case number and date approved will be appended to the Grading plan approved by Sunrise and a new grading permit will be issued. If there are any errors or omissions, please let me know. It is understood that the above notes are correct unless noted otherwise, in writing, within five (5) calendar days of issuance. |

| 01/28/2008 | GRADING - FINAL | Correction Required | Spoke to Mike site super in regards to: 1- Contractor needs to stabilize all areas disturbed by construction. 2- Refer problems on south side of property to sunrise. |
|
| 01/25/2008 | GRADING - FINAL | Correction Required | I went out to the site and took a look at the slope rear of building. The contractor needs to move the toe of his slope back 2' per, 11-01.9.3, Toe of Fill Slope, then start his 3.5 to 1 slope (per the e-mail I have) to the parking surface. That will push him back 9' alone (estimating that they have a 2' difference in elevation, I think it may be a bit more). Right now the survey staking shows the curb being placed 30" from the property line. To do that he will need some type of retaining wall. Spoke to Mike super in regards to. |

| 07/27/2007 | GRADING - FINAL | Partial Approval | Completed pre-con with Mike. All lots to be accessed from Elvira Rd. NO LOT TO LOT ACTIVITY. If contractor has lot to lot activity contractor will need to provide an approved SWPPP and NOI. Contractor needs to move fence line. Contractor has fenced off more then acre. If contractor leaves fence line in present location he will need to provide approved SWPPP and NOI. Went over all issues with Mike site super. |
