Found evidence of water heater location through identification of water and gas lines. Located plumbing fixtures for venting that are currently capped. Informed PO that to convert to guest quarters, plans must be submitted for review.

Interior inspection of main unit shows that subpanel in family room is connected to another subpanel outside the main unit. Informed PO that GFCI (3) prong needs to be converted back to (2) prong outlets.

PO will notify in writing of what intentions will be for family room.
07/26/2006 INSP-FOLLOW UP ZONING ENFORCE Approved Confirmed some changes done to interior as noted on floorplan in the file. Need to conduct further research of permits, floorplans and notify owner.
