Met w/the neighbor. She informed me that a truck stopped by last night to drop off more materials and drove across her property. The common wall between these properties has also been damaged. Could not get a hold of Michael so I conducted an exterior inspection w/Dave Cox to determine if there were any permitting issues. The only thing identified in this inspection was that a new water heater is going to be installed which requires permits. The exterior inspection also shows that the property is sectioned by a wood fence into three possible yard areas. This may be evidence to support the complaint that the residence is being converted to a multi-family unit. |

Spoke w/Joe (worker on site). He stated that he does not know what is being done to the property and that he was just asked to work on the windows. The door was opened and I looked and could not see major remodeling ,ie walls knocked down, but mainly painting and plastering.......mostly cosmetic work. I did not enter the residence and conduct a full inspection because I want the owner present when I do inspect. I will attempt to schedule such meeting. I left Joe my card and asked that he give it to the tenant so that I could ask him what is going on with the property. The tenant's name is John Stevens. The owner is Michael Jarnagin aka Michael Van Hall. |

It appears from the exterior of the property that some work was done but cannot verify if any interior work required permits. The exterior work shows a new wooden fence sectioning off different areas of the property. It appears that work has ceased for now. Check for active permits. |
