All three of these units are not occupied and were unsecured. 3563 - Electric and water was still connected. Electric cord running from this unit to a white van parked next to the unit. Cord was disconnected and power has been shut by TEP. Water heater was leaking at the valve. Tucson water has shut off. Unit has trash and debris on the interior and broken windows. 3561 - Broken windows at the rear of the unit. No power or water. Trash and debris on the interior. 3559 - Accumulation of feces in the toilet. Trash and debris on the interior. All units were boarded up and secured. Exterior of these units have delapidated fencing and trash and debris. Identified (2) jmvs on the property. One older white chevy van and a gray and black small pick up truck. |
