This was a "Vacant and Neglected Structures" (V.A.N.S.) Project property. Upon inspection of the property on 04-04-2006, it was discovered that the structure intended for inspection had been demolished without permit. The only portion of the structure remaining was a bathroom which had been converted to a make-shift "out house", again illegally and without permit. The VANS case was close and a new WOP case opened. Case will be referred to the City Prosecutor for long form citation. |
