Finding:
I contacted Thoedore Brodsky (296-4166; 747-0192) after several vists to the property. THere are two business in the back. THe 6225 Address is supposed to be a auto repair shop. Upon my inspection I found 39 vehilces on the property that were in varying states of disrepair. It has the appearance of a junk yard.

I referred this to DSD and and Zoning. I also completed a full fire inspection.

Note: THere was also many people coming and going each time I was on the property. People going in and out of the vehicles, changing clothes, possibly living in some of the vehicles.
