| 02/15/2006 | COMPL - INITIAL INSPECTION | JDAVIS | Approved | Anon. complaint 12/30/05 "Too many vehicles stored at thisa business; had a fire already" Finding: I contacted Thoedore Brodsky (296-4166; 747-0192) after several vists to the property. THere are two business in the back. THe 6225 Address is supposed to be a auto repair shop. Upon my inspection I found 39 vehilces on the property that were in varying states of disrepair. It has the appearance of a junk yard. I referred this to DSD and and Zoning. I also completed a full fire inspection. Note: THere was also many people coming and going each time I was on the property. People going in and out of the vehicles, changing clothes, possibly living in some of the vehicles. This was referred to Jeff Leach who contacted TPD: Bill Plumber wrote: "I understand that you have identified a problem at 6225 East 22nd and notified Lt. Bentley. However this address in ODE and I will be responsible for handling it. Can you either call me at 791-5700 or e-mail with the particulars of the problem so we can work it? Thanks..." |
