KITCHEN LACKED GFCI PROTECTION. EXHUAST FAN WAS INOPERABLE. WINDOW LACK PROPER LOCKING MECHANISM. WATER HEATER LACKED FRONT PANEL COVER. A/C RETURN VENT IS UNSECURED.
