06/21/2006 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved STOP BY SITE AND NO ONE HOME. WENT TO MANAGEMENT OFFICE AND HOME IS BEING TAKEN BACK BY OWNER OF HOME ON PARK. NO REPAIRS DONE BUT ON 06-24-06 THE OWNER TAKES BACK POSSESION OF HOME AND WILL START REPAIRS AFTER 06-24-06. TALK TO RON WHITE.

04/14/2006 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved WENT TO SITE AND NO ONE HOME. CHECKED AREA WHERE FIRE WAS AND POWER IS STILL OFF TO CONDENSER FOR AC. AREA HAS BEEN CLEANED BUT NO REPAIRS STARTED. WILL CALL MANAGEMENT DUE TO LAST VISIT AT SITE, THEY STATED THAT WIRES WOULD BE DISCONNECTED AT THE MAIN SERVICE. CALLED MANAGEMENT AND THEY WERE TOLD BY OWNER OF MOBILE HOME WHICH OWNER SAID THEY HAD AN ELECTRICIAN GOING TO DO IT. TOLD RON THAT WIRE OR FLEX IS STILL GOING TO MAIN SERVICE UNLESS IT IS DISCONNECTED INSIDE WHICH I DID NOT REMOVE DEAD FRONT. RON WILL CALL MAINTENANCE OF PARK TO REMOVE WIRES. WILL CHECK IN 30 DAYS.
04/06/2006 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved MET W/MGMT AT SITE DUE TO POWER TO AC CONDENSER WAS DISCONNECTED. WENT OVER THAT NEW UNIT WILL NEED A PERMIT. TESTED WATER HOSE BIBB AND WATER WAS BACK ON. WATER LINE HAD BEEN REPAIRED WHERE DAMAGED. MGMT THOUGHT DRAINAGE SYSTEM WAS DAMAGED AND SHOWED WHERE DRAINAGE WAS NOT DAMAGED. WENT OVER WHAT AND WHERE FIRE WAS PUT OUT THE SECOND TIME. MGT IS GOING TO ASK THE OWNER OF MOBILE HOME TO HAVE PEOPLE IN MOBILE HOME TO LEAVE SITE DUE TO THIS THE SECOND FIRE IN A WEEK APART AND OTHER ISSUES WITH SON. ADVISED MGT THAT PEOPLE IN MOBILE HOME CAN STAY IN UNIT DUE TO NO DAMAGE WAS DONE INSIDE THE HOME. MGT WILL TRY TO GET HOME BACK. WILL CHECKIN 10 DAYS.
04/04/2006 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved WENT TO SITE AND MET OWNER. WAS UNABLE TO GET ELECTRICIAN ON SITE UNTIL TOMORROW. GAVE OWNER DAMAGE REPORT. WENT OVER WHAT NEEDED TO BE CHECKED. OWNER ARE PLACED IN A HOTEL BY RED CROSS AND HAS ANOTHER PLACE TO STAY. OWNER WILL CALL WHEN ELECTRICIAN SHOWS OR GET A TIME WHEN GOING TO SITE. WILL CHECK IN 5 DAYS.
04/03/2006 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved DAMAGE REPORT
ELECTRICAL- DAMAGE TO DISCONNECT TO AC AND WIRING DAMAGED AT SEAL TIGHT TO UNIT. ALL OTHER OK. HAS 2-OUTLETS THAT ARE HANGING OUT OF WALL AND NEED BOXES TO BE MOUNTED PROPERLY .
PLUMBING- NO DAMAGE TO INTERIOR PLUMBING BUT MAIN LINE UNDER MOBILE HOME WAS DAMAGED- NO WATER.
MECHANICAL- EXTERIOR CONDENSOR TOTAL LOST. INTERIOR OK.
BUILDING- SIDING DAMAGED AT REAR OF MOBILE HOME WITH SOME BEING REMOVED TO CHECK INSULATION. SKIRTING WAS REMOVED TO PUT FIRE ON INSULATION UNDERNEATH THE MOBILE HOME. DAMAGED AREA WAS AT REAR OF MOBILE HOME AND NOT GOING INTO INTERIOR. ALL DAMAGE DONE TO DEBRIS, STORAGE AND AC CONDENSOR. PERMIT WILL NEED TO BE PURCHASED FOR REPAIRS ON AC AT 201 N. STONE AVE.
