An approved revised Development Plan (D06-0034) is required prior to issuing of the Certificate of Occupancy. Revisions require for change in building footprint along the south parking area and setbacks from Speedway Blvd. to the northeast area of the building. Per email dated 07-19-07 from Andy Dinauer, the Speedway Blvd is at full ROW width and the existing curb location will not change. |
