Contractor needs to complete all site work per approved plan.

1) Clean and certify basin on southwest side of property. Basin is overgrown with weeds, clear debris, 4:1 slopes not evident as shown on plans, erosion on basin sidewalls need to be repaired, basin drain is holding water to top of grate-correction is necessary. Basin will need to be certified by an engineer.
2) Bubbler not installed per plan.
3) H/C parking signs and symbols need to be installed as indicated on plans.
4) Bike racks need to be installed
5) #23 6" ductile iron pipe not installed @ headwall
6) Verify flows in parking lot and address issues as needed. Appears to be ponding issues in some areas.
7) Missing vertical curb adjacent to loading zone.
8) Pilot holes for the trash enclosure doors need to be installed for doors in the open position.
9) The area behind the retail center was "disturbed" by construction activity on this site. Stockpiles need to be removed and all disturbed areas need to be cleaned and stabilized. Zoning approval necessary for all area per Land Use Code.
10) Provide certification letter from Engineer as well as As-Builts where necessary.
10/26/2009 GRADING - FINAL Denied LOOKED OVER THE SITE FOR MALENA TO SEE IF ANYTHING WAS MISSED DURINGHER PREVIOUS INSPECTION TODAY. WILL MEET WITH HER IN THE MORNING AND DISCUSS MY FINDINGS.
12/02/2008 GRADING - FINAL Correction Required Contractor grubbed southside, no controls installed. Contractor changed stormsewer north side need to provide revised drawings.
