Something activated one sprinkler head in a laboratory work room. The sprinkler system was found shut-off and a wooden plug was stuck in the activated head. Maintenance personnel on site replaced the sprinkler head and recharged the sprinkler system prior to my departure from the scene. I received a copy of the latest annual service and test of the sprinkler system and it is current until June 2005. The facility appears to have numerous fire hazards and a full fre inspection was scheduled for later this month. Ref. to alarm # 24534. |
