SPOKE WITH RICK SALDATE , INSPECTOR 2, WHO MENTIONED EXTENDING TIME WOULD BE OK ONLY IF THE WATER DAMAGE IN THE BATHROOM WAS NOT AN IMMENENT HAZARD OR A SAFETY THREAT TO THE TENANT WHICH IT IS NOT. WILL MAKE CONTACT WITH MANAGEMENT TO FIND OUT WHEN THE EVICTION NOTICE WILL BE COMPLETE AND ALLOW THEM TIME ACCORDINGLY.
