WHILE ON SITE ORACLE CONTROLS SHOWED UP WORKING ON BROKEN COMPRESSOR, TALKED WITH CASEY (TECH) WHO WAS IN PROCESS OF DISASSEMBLING CHILLER WENT OVER ISSUES HE STATED WOULD NEED TO TALK TO MO, RECIEVED CONTACT NUMBER, CASEY ALSO STATED HE WAS IN ROUTE TO PROPERTY, WAITED, MO SHOWED UP ON SITE, WENT OVER ISSUES WITH MO, HE STATED THAT HE WAS ACTING AS A BROKER BETWEEN BOTH CURRENT OWNER AND NEW OWNER, FINALLY BOTH PARTIES AGREED TO A SOLUTION, MONEY ISSUES, AT THIS TIME THERE ARE 2 CHILLERS ON SITE, NORTH CHILLER AND SOUTH CHILLER, SOUTH CHILLER COMPLETELY DOWN, DOES NOT OPERATE AT ALL, NORTH CHILLER HAS 2 COMPRESSORS, ONLY ONE OPERATES AT THIS TIME, DECISION IS TO REPLACE BROKEN COMPRESSOR, ALSO TO REMOVE SOUTH CHILLER AND REPLACE WITH TEMPORARY RENTAL CHILLER, AS TALKING WITH MO I EXPLAINED I NEEDED TIME FRAMES AND AVAILABILTY OF BOTH PARTS, MO STATED HE WOULD CHECK ON BOTH AND CALL ME IN APPOX 1 HR. HE DONE THIS,
MO CALLED ME BACK AND STATED THAT AS WE SPEAK COMPRESSOR IS BEING TRANSPORTED TO PROPERTY, ALSO RENTAL CHILLER IS BEING LOADED ON TRUCK FOR DELIVERY, PROCESS IN PLACE, AT THIS TIME CHILLER IS ONLY PRODUCING ABOUT 50% OF CAPICITY, MO STATED THAT ONCE THE NEW COMPRESSOR ARRIVES AND IS INSTALLED THIS WILL BRING UP EFFICIENCY TO APPOX. 70% THIS SHOULD BE DONE WEDNESDAY 6/22, THEN WILL DO REPLACEMENT OF SOUTH CHILLER WITH RENTAL AND THIS WILL BRING UP EFFICIENCY TO 90 TO 95%, THIS SHOULD BE DONE THURSDAY 6/23, LOOKING AT BRINGING SITUATION UNDER CONTROL WITHIN 48 HOURS FOR COOLING, CALLED KEN McDONALD AT SECTION 8 APPRISED KEN OF ALL ISSUES, TIME FRAMES AND PROCESS MOVING FORWARD, WILL BE DONG FOLLOWS UPS WITH MO ON ALL PROGRESS.
