1- H.C. ramps on eastside of building not installed per approved plan. Brent said they will be redone.
2- Subs not using proper wash out area. Brent to talk to sub and start clean up.
3- Mason forgot to install wier opening in block wall for detention basin. Brent said masons will be back and will have the wier installed.
4- I also explained to Brent truncated domes will be required on all H.C. ramps.

12/12/2005 STORMWATER FOLLOW-UP INSP Partial Approval Brent new site super Cell#940-2982. Contractor needs to maintain 2' set back nexk to waddle on west side. Also talked to Brent in regards to pre-con info. and barrier needed around basins.
11/21/2005 STORMWATER FOLLOW-UP INSP Partial Approval Contractor has been grading area around building. Has not started basin on eastside of building. Contractor has started basin on westside of building. Spoil pile covering waddle on westside. Spoke to property owner in regards to this.

10/24/2005 STORMWATER FOLLOW-UP INSP Partial Approval Contractor installed waddle on north and eastside of property. Also replacing gravel ramp at entrance with cold patch. Super told best would be back on site on 11-7-05 to finish grading.
10/10/2005 STORMWATER FOLLOW-UP INSP Correction Required Contractor still needs to extend stormwater contols eastside of property. Also need to maintain gravel entrance. Gravel spilling out into roadway.
Discussed with new super the possible need of fencing around detention basins (2) if contractor exceeds the 4 to 1 limit. Also noted with the super that stormwater controls may be needed on the northside of the property. Starting to get silt in street.
09/26/2005 STORMWATER FOLLOW-UP INSP Partial Approval Contractor still needs to extend waddle on eastside of property. Contractor is cleaning street on eastside of property.
09/13/2005 STORMWATER FOLLOW-UP INSP Correction Required Spoke to Carl Martin (940-3361) at 1325 hours. In regards to run off on the eastside of property. Carl said he had seen the run off and was going to extend the waddle and clean up the run off that was on the street. Contractor will re-schedule an inspection or I will inspect it on next site visit.
09/12/2005 STORMWATER FOLLOW-UP INSP Correction Required No one on site at this time. Contractor completed building pad.
Contractor needs to extend waddle on eastside of property. Silt run off.
