AFTER INSPECTING UNIT I FOUND MANY ISSUES THAT DO NOT MEET CITY CODE FOR HOUSING- MISSING ALL REQUIRED SMOKE ALARMS IN BEDROOMS, INCLUDING CHILDREN'S BEDROOM. THE KITCHEN DISHWASHER IS LEAKING WATER FROM WATER SUPPLY PIPES. THE BATHROOM SINK CONTROLS ARE WORN OUT AND IMPROPER. THE BATHROOM TUB CONTROLS WILL NOT SHUT OFF, THE WATER FLOW IS AT FULL FLOW FOR PAST 5-6 MONTHS PER TENANT. THE BATHROOM FLOOR HAS MAJOR ROTTED SECTIONS DUE TO LONG TERM WATER LEAKS, TILES IN BATHROOM MISSING FROM DAMAGE. THE MAIN HALLWAY TO ALL UNITS MISSING REQUIRED SMOKE ALARMS. PHOTOS WERE TAKEN AT SITE. NOTICE WAS HAND DELIVERED.
