I FOUND PERSONAL CLOTHES MINOR FOOD ITEMS, AND KING SIZE BED INSTALLED, WHILE REVIEWING ROOM I FOUND BARE ELECT. WIRES, UPROTECTED ELECTRICAL OUTLETS, THE WIRING TO LIGHT WAS BARE AND FIRE DAMAGE, ALSO AT SITE I FOUND A PERSON'S SHIRT FIRE DAMAGED AND COVERING BARE ELECTRICAL WIRES CAUSING SHIRT TO BURN. THE ROOM DOES NOT HAVE WATER, OR BATHROOM. THIS ROOM WAS NOT BUILT AS A DWELLING. THIS ROOM IS STORAGE AND FOR HOTWATER HEATER. UNIT WAS DEEMED UNFIT AND UNSAFE AT THIS TIME. I DID TRY TO CONTACT MANAGER WHILE AT SITE. I DID MAKE CONTACT WITH OWNER (DAN MOON) AND HE STATED HE WAS UNAWARE OF ISSUE. I FEEL THAT MAYBE THE TENANT IN UNIT 18 WAS ALLOWING PEOPLE TO LIVE INSIDE STORAGE WHILE THEY WORK AT THE BAKERY NEAR BY. UNIT WAS SHUT DOWN AND POWER BREAKER TURNED OFF. UNIT WAS POSTED AT SITE. NOTICE POSTED AT SITE AND OWNER/MANAGER IS AWARE. PHOTOS WERE TAKEN OF ALL ISSUES.
