3- Install bollards on side walls for trash enclosures. Per 6-01.4.2.C.2
4- Install sidewalk scupper for roof drains around building as required by section 2-08.5.1E of the City of Tucson Development Standards.
9- Provide letter from enginer in regards to Chapter XIV, Section 14.2 (7). Engineer need to certify drainage and detention basin.
10- Engineer needs to address existing basin on east side of project. Existing basin can no longer discharge.
05/22/2007 ENGINEERING - FINAL Denied Contractor needs to:
1- Remove trash enclosure.
2- Remove all stock piled materials from drive lanes.
3- Install bollards on side walls for trash enclosures. Per 6.01.
4- Install sidewalk scupper for roof drains around building.
5- Stabilize all areas disturb by construction.
6- Install bike parking.
7- Complete all rip rap work. Per detail 9 on sheet 4.
8- Construct spill way north side per detail 3 on sheet 5.
9- Provide letter from enginer in regards to Chapter XIV, Section 14.2 (7). Engineer need to certify drainage and detention basin.
10- Engineer needs to address existing basin on east side of project. Existing basin can no longer discharge.
11- Sweep all perimeter streets.
12- Remove staging area south of project (mobile mini storage units, trailer) and stabilize area.
