METER AND GAS SERVICE CHECKS OUT OK. NO ISSUES FROM THE OUTSIDE, I DID FIND LARGE AMOUNTS OF WEEDS IN REAR YARD AND AN OLD WOOD FENCE THAT WILL NEED TO BE REMOVED OR REPAIRED. IN THE REAR OF MAIN HOUSE I FOUND A SHED (APPROX. 10 X 15) OPEN, THE SHED IS FILLED WITH BOOKS, I AM CONCERNED THAT SOMEONE WILL SET FIRE TO THEM. DUE TO THE CONDITION OF THE GARAGE, THE GARAGE IS ALSO TO THE REAR OF LOT (YELLOW COLOR) UNIT WAS FOUND OPEN, INSIDE I FOUND PROOF THAT HOMELESS PEOPLE ARE STAYING INSIDE. (IE) BEDROLLS (1X) STARTING FIRES OUTSIDE DOOR (COOKING?) DRUG USE INSIDE AND PERSONAL ITEMS, NORMAL TO PEOPLE WHO TRAVEL AROUND. I ALSO FOUND KNIFES, DRUG PIPES, AND TOOLS, INSIDE GARAGE, THE FLOORS ARE MADE OF DIRT AND NO ELECT. WORKING INSIDE. I FEEL THE GARAGE AND SHED SHOULD BE SECURED ASAP, DUE TO PAST FIRE DAMAGE AND DRUG USE ON THE INSIDE. PHOTO'S TAKEN AT SITE OF PROPERTY. NOTICE HAS BEEN POSTED AT SITE. |
