CLAIMS MADE BY COMPLAINANT CONCERNING REPLACEMENT OF TILES & REGROUT WERE INACCURATE, NO TILE HAS BEEN REPLACED NOR HAS BEEN REGROUTED. MADE CONTACT WITH TENANT & DID INSPECTION OF STRUCTURE, VIOLATIONS ITEMS FOUND (1) CLOGGED EXHAUST VENT(TENANT RELATED) (2) SMOKE DETECTOR NOT WORKING.(3) ENTRY DOOR NOT SEALING PROPERLY EVIDENCED BY LARGE AMOUNTS OF LIGHT SHINNING THRU & EASY FOR INSECTS. (4) EXTERIOR- PORCH AREA, 4' X 4' SECTION OF DRYWALL HAS COLLASPED FROM CEILING. ISSUED NOTICE OF VIOLATION & HAND DELIVERED TO MANAGER. 30 DAYS WERE GIVEN TO ABATE VIOLATIONS. NO PICTURES WERE TAKEN. |
