4. Make sure additional parking on east side is added to approved grading drawing.
5. Clean up concrete wash out on north side of building.
6. Repair or install wier per detail.
7. Provide rip rap rock on all slopes 3 to 1 or steeper.
8. Repair all broken crub.
9. Provide landing for door on northwest side of building. Per notes on sheet C-4.
10. Install curb on northwest side of north driveway per drawing. (COT standard 212)
11. Remove vegetation from rip rap channel on northwest side of project.
12. Dress up area north side of driveway. Remove temp stormwater channel.
This is not the final punch-list. Contractor still needs to provide approved grading drawings.
