NO GAS SERVICE TENANT STATED, ALSO SOME WIRES AT A OUTLET AND LIGHT SWITCH WILL NEED TO BE COVERED-----THE SEWER PIT THE TENANT WAS CALLING ABOUT IS A RAIN BASIN FOR YARD WATER, IT SHOWED NO WASTE OR SMELL OF WASTE, PHOTOS TAKEN AND ARE IN FILE, WILL NEED TO SEAL CONCRETE HOLE BEING ABOUT 3" X 10" LONG AS IT IS A HAZARD IN WALKING DOWN FRONT YARD SIDEWALK.---ALSO NOTE THAT LARGE BEE NEST WAS FOUND AT SITE ON FRONT PORCH, CALL OWNER NO RESPONSE -CALL ROB H. C-6-TOLD TO CALL OFFICE FOR INFO , THEN CALLED RISK MAN. THEY OK'D THE BEE REMOVEL AND PICKED UP THE COST. C.O.T. PER CINDY AT RISK.
