10/02/02, VISITED SITE, TOOK PICTURES, MET WITH RESIDENT AT SITE AND WENT THROUGH UNIT FOUND SOME MIN. HOUSING ISSUES, BATH FLOOR SPONGY AND CARPET COMMING UP, MAINTENANCE STATED THAT IT WAS FROM THE KIDS TAKING A BATH, DOOR IS OFF TO ELECTRIC HOT WATER TANK, FLOOR IN LIVING ROOM HAS SPONGY AREA, RESIDENT GAVE LIST TO OFFICE IN JULY AND AGAIN IN AUG. NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE EXCEPT TO ABATE THE WATER LEAK. |
