ALL BRANCH CIRCUITS INTO HOME SUFFERED FROM 10% TO 100% DAMAGE. HAZARDOUS NON CODE COMPLIANT WIRING OBSERVED THRU OUT HOME. PLUMBING: DAMAGE TO GAS, WATER & DRAIN LINES IN KITCHEN. MECHANICAL: WATER HEATER MAY NEED REPLACEMENT. PERMITS REQUIRED FOR EXTENSIVE REPAIRS TO HOME. TO OBTAIN PERMITS PROVIDE 2 COPIES EACH OF SITE PLAN AND DETAILED REBUILDING PLANS TO OUR OFFICE.
