VISITED SITE SPOKE WITH TENANTS. HE INFORMED ME THAT NEW CODER HAS BEEN INSTALLED AND WATER LEAK THAT WAS CAUSING MOLD HAD BEEN REPAIRED DID VISUAL ON COOLER AND ALL LOOKS GOOD. CLOSE CASE. OWNER HAS COMPLIED. |
