5/5/26: New Roof top unit and new ductwork installed. RTU replaced swamp cooler ( electrical load calc required for added circuit,), open ceiling in hallways and rooms to verify proper ducting systems and supports, Manual-J required for new mechanical work. Electrical clearance cannot be sent until items above are addressed (home is vacant), smoke detectors missing throughout. |
